We are happy to offer shipping to anywhere in the UK. We do not ship at the moment internationally. All shipping costs will be prepaid by the buyer. The shipping quote will be offered at the checkout. We ship via DHL 3 day delivery (where available). We do not ship to P.O.Box addresses.
Attention!!!
Orders placed before 1p.m. (GMT) will be shipped the same day (If product is available in store). If you have place your order after 1p.m. (GMT), it will be shipped the next day. For larger items all packages will be shipped in separate boxes for safety
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can exchange them within 14 days of delivery (please return them unused and in its original pack as delivered). Refunds only available if goods are damaged or not fit for purpose. To proceed with the return correctly, please, contact us via our contact information and explain the matters of your situation. If you have received a damaged item, we will gladly send you a replacement of the same item. In the event that it is out of stock, you can pick out any other item of the same value.
Out-of-stock items
Even though we are proud to announce that we keep a great variety of products in stock, occasionally certain items can be placed on back order. You will be notified via email if this occurs. If you do not wish to wait for item availability, you may cancel your order. If we do not hear from you in regards to your cancellation before the item is shipped out, we will assume you agreed to the shipment delay. If we are unable to deliver the item within 30 days, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunds issued. If only part of your order was cancelled, refunds will be issued accordingly (for the cancelled item(s)).
Payment Methods
We accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard) only through PAYPAL to ensure your safety. All credit card orders are subject to final verification and approval. Each order will be security checked, verified and confirmed before shipment. It may take 1-5 working days, depending on the payment type and data provided. We will confirm the availability of your order the same day if it is placed before 1p.m. (GMT) and the next business day if placed after 1p.m.(GMT). All the items will be shipped after the verification and approval process is complete. All orders will be shipped after the funds are received from buyers financial institution. You will be notified via email in regards to your approval and shipment.
Prepayment Policy
All orders must be prepaid. Credit Cards can only be used in the UK.
There will be no surcharge for your credit card purchase. Please, be sure to provide all of your information correctly, otherwise, it could lead to a delay or a cancellation.
